Transform Power Yoga Retreat

Create your Zen. You are Zenough. Join Liba, Nick and the TPY Team for a weekend to restore and recharge March 22nd-24th, 2023. We will spend 3 days, 2 nights as a community at River Mountain in Everett, PA.

Unplug, un-wind and find you.

Located right over the Pennsylvania border, about 2.5 hours from the studio, this location is just the spot to disconnect to reconnect. Throughout the stay you will be led through a variety of yoga practices to help you reset. Morning gentle movement classes to candlelight practices in a greenhouse under the stars.  Surrounded by the mountains and your fellow TPY community.

In an environment set to support your rest and re-set, activities will include multiple yoga practices, community happy hour, fire side chats, winter hike and hot tubs, along with other activities.

Glamping style accommodations

We will be staying in the cabins, which has pods for each guest.  These pods include space for you with a locking cabinet, curtains for privacy. Linens, towel for showers and pillows included.  You are asked to bring a towel for the hot tubs.

There is also the possibility of staying in a yurt. There are limited yurts on the property so they may not be available as we get closer to the retreat dates.  These accommodations are in all-weather yurts w/ pellet stoves for heat. They have two beds for sharing the space with friend or famiy. Linens, towel for showers and pillows included. You are asked to bring a towel for the hot tubs.

The grounds have a greenhouse where we will do most of our practices, a large heated barn, a log cabin for sipping hot cocoa. Along with multiple out door fire pits, hot tubs, hiking trails. Plenty of space to spread out for peace and quiet or to gather as a community. 

 

 Community that does yoga together

A place to get to know each other a little more, relax together, share a fire, a s’mores, maybe a glass of wine or elevated mocktail. When you have to chance to laugh and breath together there’s the magic of community and the peace that brings. 

Check-in to meals

Check in is Friday, Mar 22nd at 3pm, Check out is Sunday Mar 24th at 11am. 

Friday night we will have a happy hour with light snacks and beverages, followed by dinner.

Saturday we will enjoy a continental breakfast after yoga, lunch, happy hour with light snacks and beverages followed by dinner.

Sunday we will enjoy a continental breakfast after yoga. 

Linens, pillows and shower towels will be provided.  With the hope of some freshly fallen snow please make sure to bring appropriate dress to keep yourself comfortable. Shoes for walking, fuzzy socks, coats and a hat. We’ll have plenty of warm beverages, hot tub time and laughter available to keep you toasty.
