Yoga Nidra

This class is an introduction to classes you will find in our Mindful Wellness program starting this fall. Yoga Nidra is a practice done to bring you to a dream like state. Before beginning the practice you will be lead through slow gentle movement and breathwork to help yourself settle. Then you will take a comfortable position as you are guided through the koshas and to a dream like state.
