This weekend workshop/teacher training will give you a deeper dive into the world of Yin Yoga.  You will explore the history of Yin, the anatomy and physiology of a Yin practice, along with experiencing and learning about multiple postures and variations of postures in the practice.

This workshop is for Yin enthusiast and teachers a like.

This workshop takes place off-site at the Bull Run Mountain Community Center.
