This 4 hour, interactive workshop, is to introduce you back into offering hands on assists in class.  Done properly it can enhance a practitioner’s experience. Ciara will lead you through how to offer assistance, common assists that can be used in almost any class.  In addition, you will get the opportunity to assist yourself and be assisted on.  After many years leading with only your words, this will be an opportunity to get comfortable with the assist of touch again.
