This weekend training will give you the tools to lead yoga for Kids.  Introducing the different physical, emotional and brain development of children to keep in consideration for planning a kids class.  How to plan a kids class. An introduction to poses, breathwork, introducing yoga concepts to kids, games and tools you can use.

The workshop will meet:

Friday Aug 4th 4pm-8pm

Saturday Aug 5th 8am-5pm

Sunday Aug 6th 8am-5pm
