This 4 hour, interactive workshop, is to introduce you back into offering hands on assists in class. Done properly it can enhance a practitioner’s experience. Ciara and Doreen will lead you through how to offer assistance, common assists that can be used in almost any class. In addition, you will get the opportunity to assist yourself and be assisted on.
