40 Days to Personal Revolution

This program is a transformational journey using the physical yoga practice, meditation, shifting your nutrition and spiritual inquiry to live to your highest potential. During the program you will practice yoga six times a week. Starting with at least a 30 minute practice a day. You will learn how to add a meditation practice into your daily routine. The addition of spiritual inquiry and slowly shifting your nutrition helps the transformation both physically and mentally. The 40 Day community will meet weekly on Sunday late afternoon to introduce the theme for the week, share experiences and support each other. Led by Janelle Henly, Sarah Spyros and Cheryl Strzemienski. The program will come with Baron Baptiste’s 40 Days to Personal Revolution Book, a TPY journal, a weekly class recording for when you can’t come to the studio to practice and two- 15 minute sessions w/ a nutrition coach. Sign up for $195. . *Price does not include yoga classes. Any membership may be used for this.
