Melanie teaches heated vinyasa flow with an emphasis on using breath to settle the mind and calm the body. She has been practicing yoga regularly since 2008 and teaching yoga since 2018. She is a RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance after receiving her 200 hour training from Transform Power Yoga and 300 hour training from Asheville Yoga Center. Since then she has found a passion for yin yoga and has completed a 50 hour yin yoga teacher training course. Her classes include a powerful flow connecting mind, body, and spirit through breath work, balancing postures, and a touch of yin.
