“My practice is mine and mine alone. I am free on my mat. I am unapologetically me, free of judgement. I am worthy on my mat. This is my practice and my story.”

Bria feels the beautiful thing about yoga is everyone’s story is different, just as our bodies and life’s differ, so do our poses and practices. Some days she feels like staying in child’s pose most of class and that’s ok! Some days she feels strong and my practice goes farther than it had ever before. But all days she feel better after practicing no matter what.

“I feel I have more clarity and strength to get through the rest of my day to day life. Because yoga is a mind and body practice. When I started practicing consistently, I noticed the changes in my body and after my teacher training I noticed the changes in my mind.”
